Lives Shattered, Lives Rejuvenated

The circumstances of life are not always kind. A pair of one-act plays exploring this theme are being presented at Studio-Z, upstairs at the Al Whittle Theatre November 4th and 5th.

“Compassion,” is an awardwinning play about lives shattered and lives rejuvenated. A jilted young man and an embittered older woman are challenged by a stranger to confront their demons and thereby embrace the fullness of life.

In “Forgiveness,” a young woman, devastated by her husband’s infidelity, must reexamine her feelings when a long-held family secret is revealed.

Actors in these plays are Jamie Loughead, Doug MacInnis, Emily Levy-Purdy, Karen Malim and Natasha Streatch, all of Wolfville. Tony Napoli, of Wolfville, is directing the plays. Napoli is Artistic Director of Red Rock Theatre Company.

Showtimes for both the Thursday 4th and Friday 5th performances are 8pm
Tickets are $8 and may be purchased at the door.
