War Child Benefit Concert


Thom Swift, The Hupman Brothers Band, The Dungaree Brothers, Ken Shorely, Tracey Clements, Harry Roberts, some surprise guests, and……..a World without War.

Harry Roberts, with the help of Linda Wheeldon, brings this lineup to a 4th Annual War Child Canada fundraising concert at the Al Whittle Theatre in Wolfville on Saturday December 11 at 8pm. Tickets are just $15 and available at Just Us Coffee, Wolfville, as of November 14th.

On a quest to denounce war and create awareness about the causes and perpetrators of war while at the same time supporting this truly honourable charity, propelled by the healing power of music and a committed and enthusiastic assemblage of talent and artistry, this interactive concert has proven itself to be both entertaining and enlightening. It has proudly been and continues to be well received and attended by our globally conscious and caring Valley music apprecionados.

War Child Canada provides support to more than 200,000 children and their families in conflict and post conflict communities around the world through humanitarian programs that focus on education, child rights, and poverty reduction.
