Kempt Shore Festivals is pleased and excited to introduce Rob Lutes, prolific singer-songwriter of soulful moving meditations on life and love from Montreal and the expert finger style guitarist and brilliant song writer Brooke Miller to the fans of the Acoustic Maritime Music Festival this July 15th– 19th. They will join Canadian living legend songsmith Valdy, virtuoso player and master of every stringed instrument J P Cormier, maritime folk music stars Lennie Gallant and Dave Gunning, blues sensations Matt Andersen, Charlie A’Court , and the Hupman Brothers, the powerful and unique  Irish Mythen, multi award winning bluegrass band, A New Shade of Blue, new age and jazz stylings of Ian Sherwood and our latest confirmed artist Thom Swift the multi award winning singer song writer who performs a distinctive blend of roots-blues and old style compositions.
This is the seventh year for the Acoustic Maritime Music Festival and every year it gets bigger and more exciting. The Festival site overlooks the beautiful Minas Basin with 1000 feet of beach frontage and 20 acres of camping sites. Many people come just for the venue and the striped bass fishing.
This festival is a must see event that appeals to singer/ songwriters as well as fans as the talent is always world class and the Saturday afternoon workshops are a true learning experience.
